Birch Bay Ranch is currently recruiting individuals to join our Board of Directors. Our board works as a governance committee. That means our board ensures the Ranch is effectively moving forward in fulfilling its mission and vision, providing support and guidance to the Executive Director and management team at Birch Bay Ranch.

As a member of the Birch Bay Ranch board, there are opportunities to chair or sit on a committee that supports the Ranch. These committees could include:

Fundraising events and fund development
Marketing and communications
Building and capital projects
Annual review and support for the Executive Director
Prayer support
